The delegation of the International Kurash Association took part at the opening ceremony of the 7th edition of the Peace and Sport International Forum held in Monaco today. The Forum is organized by the “Peace and Sport Organization”(«L’Organisation pour la Paix par le Sport”) an international organization based in the Principality of Monaco and placed under the High Patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco.

On July 3, 2013 the Kurash Confederation of Asia, the continental union of the International Kurash Association held its ordinary Congress meeting in Incheon, Korea. The Congress meeting was held at the Posco Convention Center in the downtown of Incheon, the host city of the 4th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG). The Congress of the Kurash Confederation of Asia (KCA) was attended by delegates from Asian nations participating in the Asian Games in Incheon.

The VIII Asian senior championship was successfully concluded in India on December 11, 2012. The championships in the southwest Indian town of Kochi, attracted male and female players from around Asia who competed for the medals and the title of the Asian champion.
