Tirana, Albania, is hosting the 13th General Assembly of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA).
The meeting of ISSA, which is considered one of the most prestigious sports organizations in the world, was also attended by President of the International Kurash Association Haider Farman.
During this assembly, he had discussions with ISSA President Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal and General Secretary Mr. Nasser Majali.
During the discussions, the ISSA President admitted that Kurash is the noblest sport in line of Islamic values. Moreover, he is glad to announce that Kurash has become a part of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
 The 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will host official Kurash competitions.
 During the meeting, commitments such as the further development of Kurash between Islamic nations, a number of education and propaganda tasks were agreed upon.
 As part of this process, meetings were soon scheduled with the IKA Technical Director in collaboration with ISSA's Technical Department to finalize the weight categories and other technical details of the competition.
The 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games will be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and this decision is a great achievement for the worldwide Kurash community.
